How do I prepare my hair for the hair appointment?
Preparing your hair for your wedding day hairstyle is an important step to ensure that your hair looks its best.
Your hair MUST be freshly washed and fully dried for the appointment. If washing and conditioning your hair the night before your appointment, do not go to bed with wet hair. Be sure to blow-dry your hair, especially roots with the head tilted down.
Do not use hair straightener. Do not use any Oils and Styling products. Avoid applying any hair products that could weigh your hair down or make it look greasy. On the day of your appointment, make sure that your hair is completely dry 2 hours before meeting.
Do I need a hair trial?
During the trial, we discuss hair styles, hair accessories, and any other styling preferences. A hair trial is a valuable experience that gives you the confidence of knowing exactly how your hair will look.
We will provide an honest opinion to ensure you look your best on your special day.

How do I secure my wedding date?
To book your wedding date, a 30% deposit of the total hair services is required. A booking is guaranteed once the hair service agreement has been signed and the deposit has been paid. Please note, the deposit is non-refundable.
Can I add or remove hair services after signing the contract?
Adding hair services is always possible.
Depending on the size of your party, an additional hair artist may be called to work your booking in order to ensure the timely and efficient completion of all hair services.
Please note, the prices are adjusted periodically and may vary at the time when the request is made.

Removing hair services after signing the contract is not possible. The original number of the services agreed upon during the signing of the contract will still be required to be paid in full on the said event date.

Will the service price include parking and travel fees?
Travel fees and Parking expenses MUST be covered or reimbursed by the client. (Price for travel and parking not include in service fee)
Do I need to prepare a space for your work?
" It's necessary to plan ahead for the location where the bride and other guests will get ready. It's advisable to select a well-lit area with accessible electrical outlets. Additionally, having a small table or cabinet along with regular chairs with low backs would be beneficial."
Is hair jewelry included in the price?
"The price includes all consumables such as hairpins, hair rollers, elastic bands, attachments for veils and tiaras. However, you will need to purchase any hair jewelry separately and discuss it with your hairdresser in advance. Any additional jewelry, veils, tiaras, or additional hair clips are not included in the service cost and must be paid for by the client."
